Legal Aid Queensland provides government financial assistance to access legal help for:
- Criminal law
- Domestic Violence matters
- Mental Health Review Tribunal
- Coronial Inquests
If you are eligible (see the Legal Aid website to find out more), our team can help you to complete the necessary forms and lodge the application for assistance on your behalf. There’s no need for an appointment – drop in and see our team.
What if I’m not eligible?
If you can’t receive Legal Aid, we will still provide you with an up-front estimate of fees under our no-surprises policy. Investing in quality representation and a team that will fight for your future is worth it!
